Delivery

• Post: we send orders within Sweden. Postage is [SHIPPING] kr and orders usually leave within [X] working days.
• Pick up at a run: free. Bring your order confirmation to any social run and we'll hand it over.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days

Under Swedish distance-selling rules you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Just tell us clearly that you want to cancel, by email to [club email].

Send the item back unused within 14 days of telling us. We refund everything you paid, including the original standard postage, within 14 days of hearing from you. We may wait to refund until the item is back with us. You pay the cost of sending it back.

Event tickets

[Policy for event tickets: for example, refunds up to 48 hours before the event. Note that leisure services booked for a specific date are generally exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.]
